Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewMy Mac was behaving erratically, so I took it to Mac Pros. I was told it needed a new hard drive, which would be guaranteed for 5 years, so I had them install one, for which I was charged over $600. When I got it back it wasn't working properly because they had entered my email address incorrectly, so this needed to be corrected. Three months later it would not start up – as it turned out because the new hard drive was defective. I left it with them for 2 weeks, but they still had not looked at it and they told me it may be up to 2 more weeks, so I took it to ReStart instead. Mac Pros refused to honour the warrantee so I had the second dealer fix it, for an additional fee, and this took 3 days. Mac Pros is disorganized and unreliable. They seldom answer their telephone and do not return messages. I would never deal with this business again, and would caution others against doing so. B.R Victoria
