DHL

Did not knock on my door, and left a notice on my door with the worst printing I have ever seen. I was unable to read it and had to call their main line. Two stars because the woman on the phone was helpful.

I was at home, with the door open, obviously I am home. They didn't try to knock or anything, just left a final notice of delivery and took off. They suck.

I was home when my parcel was supposedly being delivered. I had been sent a text asking if I wanted No Signature Delivery and I texted back Yes. They did not leave my parcel. Dhl sent an email after the failed delivery attempt asking if I wanted it delivered again and I wrote back Yes, with no signature required. No delivery has been attempted - my parcel is waiting at their depot and now I have to make an hour round trip drive to pick it up. Terrible Service!

If there were a "No Star" category, I would have chosen it. I was at home when Dhl, according to the notice they left, attempted to deliver a package. They Never Even Tried to ring my doorbell, just popped a notice in my mailbox and left. Now I have to wait two days before I have to drive 10 km to pick up the package at their depot. Deplorable, careless service! My recommendation is Never use Dhl or any of their contractors.

My Parcel is not delivered to me and I still don't know the status of my parcel. They have some third party vendor for delivery in Victoria, British Columbia, who are not even bother to answer any query . When I contacted to Dhl, they replied that the vendor is not answering them as well. What a pathetic service.

Worse answering service ever!
