    If there were a "NO STAR" category, I would have chosen it. I was at home when DHL, according to the notice they left, attempted to deliver a package. They NEVER EVEN TRIED to ring my doorbell, just popped a notice in my mailbox and left. Now I have to wait two days before I have to drive 10 km to pick up the package at their depot. Deplorable, careless service! My recommendation is NEVER use DHL or any of their contractors.

    My Parcel is not delivered to me and I still don't know the status of my parcel. They have some third party vendor for delivery in Victoria, British Columbia, who are not even bother to answer any query . When I contacted to DHL, they replied that the vendor is not answering them as well. What a pathetic service.
