I did a little searching and decided that the new iPhone 14 was the same price for a couple safety upgrades that we found to be much superior. Being less than two weeks from purchase, the option to return and upgrade was an option. Garry, Tom Harris manager, literally bent over backwards to swap and assist us with All info, apps and contact issues from the 13 to our backup cell, until the new 14 arrives in a couple weeks. He stayed after store hours to make sure we were comfortable with all transitional steps. Both fellows were amazing reps for Tom Harris. We have used this location previously and will continue to depend on their expertise. Thanks, Vince/Lori
