During this time we began to call on Eagle Eye for inspection and recommendations regarding a number of structural issues. We found Doug to be experienced and cordial. The largest project ($40,000) that we dealt with was a sinking garage foundation wall, which needed to be raised. We contacted several vendors regarding this, and Eagle Eye's presentation appealed the most. We were not disappointed. We maintain our relationship with Eagle Eye for the possibility of larger scale projects, which Doug's experience can easily accommodate. Currently we have our rooftops inspected annually, and rely on this expertise to be informed as to which areas are problematic, and may need to be addressed earlier in the cycle. I have found Eagle Eye to be responsive and professional.
