Excellent person to deal with. I am in my mid-80's so know little about my computer problems, the Gizmo guy explained most of my problems and said come back in two hours. He reported to me just what he had found and corrected and I was on my way home. The end result is a computer that is enhanced beyond words, thank you Gizmo and for such a reasonable cost
