I have an older classic Silverado Electrolux vacumne that I was contemplating on not keeping because it was not suctioning properly. Years ago it was the top of the line product and I was remembering the happiness of first getting it. So, I called the local Electrolux store and told of my problem. Tony was very receptive and helpful. He offered to pick it up, see if it was repairable and return it to me to make my decision. The vacumne cleaner was repaired, I got a new hose and am now very pleased because I can use it as well as I remembered it when it was new. Electrolux provides very good personal service and even delivers bags when needed.
