Dirty on the inside though much money is spent to keep what neighbors see looking perfect. Elevator is frequently broken. Excessive fire alarm and smoke detectors for size of apartment making cooking difficult. Extremely hot and humid. Zero ventilation inside apartment. Windows hardly open. Refusal to email announcements that are made frequently and are instead taped to doors like eviction notices. Long waits for necessary or essential repairs. If you have no other option you live here no other reason. They spend more on salaries and publicity than anything for tenants needs.
