Where do I even start with this place ? The manager is a lying scumbag. Everything that comes out of his mouth is lies. A family friend lives here, and I am just appalled everytime I enter the building. Vinyl flooring has been glued everywhere with no foam or soundproofing of any kind underneath it. As a result, constant noise is being heard by all who live on the lower floors. Baptist Housing should be ashamed of themselves for creating an extremely noisy environment in a retirement community. The manager is corrupt to the core, and takes no accountability for anything. All he does is deflect and blame tenants when they complain about the excessive noise.
